Welcome to marriage4ever.com matrimonial service, marriage4ever.com shall mean and includes the online platform, website, mobile applications, blog, social media accounts, or software program developed by Service Provider from time-to-time pertaining to matrimonial services only.

Marriage4Ever is a unique matrimonial service, we do not take any charges till Roka on Match Making. All the payments you paid for our services once paid then it will be non-refundable. By using our services and making payment to marriage4ever.com on the website, mobile application, or by Cash in Hand, you agree to be bound by these payment terms & refunds hereinafter referred to as Payment Policy. All the payment will be handled as per our Payment Policy. Please read the Payment Policy carefully.

Any other information you provide on the site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The service provider does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, the Service provider will take all necessary and important steps to provide its user's error-free, uninterrupted user experience. The Users/Members should acknowledge that the use of the services is solely at their cost and risk. The service provider is not responsible for the suspension of services, regardless of the reasons for such interruption/suspension.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of use for making payment to purchase membership service on this website. This Payment Policy can be modified by Service Provider at any point in time. Any such modifications will become effective as per the discretion of the Service Provider. By accessing marriage4ever.com and making payment, you accept this Payment Policy and agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.
 

PURCHASE OF PAID MEMBERSHIP

We (Marriage4Ever) do not provide any paid membership we take charges only after Roka(engagement ceremony).
 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

marriage4ever.com offers a wide range of payment options. Users can make the payment through Direct Deposit and Bank Transfer. Please notify Service Provider after remitting the payment with the details of the amount, branch of deposit, and the service you paid for. The service provider will verify the payment and activate your chosen plan accordingly. Users can send check/cheque/draft through courier or registered mail or drop it in person at the address below. All payments must be drawn in Indian Bank and payment must be made in favor of the Account Name below. Please print and send the invoice along with your payment and mention your marriage4ever Profile ID and Order ID on the payment

REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT PAID

All charges paid at Marriage4Ever are final. The Service Provider does not refund fees once its has been charged. Membership is co-extensive with the profile. No refunds will be made in case the profile is deleted or inactivated or terminated. Any exceptions to refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of Marriage4Ever.
