LIVE-IN RELATIONSHIP
A living arrangement in which an unmarried couple lives together in a long-term relationship that resembles a marriage. This concept was started by European countries long time ago but it got adopted in asian countries just couple of years back. It is predominantly found in metro cities in India.
In India, Live in relationship is immoral but not illegal as Supreme Court has held that living together is a Right to Life guaranteed under Article 21 of our constitution. Most of Family Laws are applicable upon Live In relationship.
